How to create a personal data request (GDPR) – UFL (iOS/Android) Help Centre

At XTEN Limited (acting under the publishing brand “Strikerz Inc.”), we take the security of our players’ data very seriously. Personal data related to a UFL club can be shared only with its verified owner. Details about how we collect, use, and protect personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

To create a personal data request related to your UFL club on Android or iOS, do the following:

Open the in-game settings (the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main menu).
Press the support button in the upper-right corner of the settings menu.
Create a ticket: choose Personal data and privacy as your issue type and describe your request in detail.

Please note that such requests need to be created directly from the game, as it is required to verify you as the original owner of the club in question.

If you no longer have access to the club you want to inquire about, you can write to our email directly, and we will come up with another solution: mobilesupport@uflgame.com.
Still, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to decline your request if you are unable to complete the verification process.
