Unable to log in

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that the game will work correctly or allow you to log in if you install it from an unofficial source (anywhere except Google Play for Android and the App Store for iOS).

 

If you are unable to log in on an Android-based device

Confirm that the game is supported by your device:

  1. Check how much free space you have on your device. UFL needs to download additional files to function properly, so you will need at least 3 GB of free space for the initial launch.
  2. Check your device specifications and confirm that it is running on Android 10 or higher and has at least 4 GB of RAM.
  3. Open the Google Play Store.
  4. Search for UFL.
  5. Confirm that Google Play allows you to install/update the game (if there is an update available, install it).

 

If the game is not available on Google Play, it means that your device does not have enough RAM, runs on an unsupported version of Android, or has an unsupported CPU.

 

If your Android device meets all the abovementioned requirements

Please contact us by using the Support button that appears in the login error window. Provide the following information in your inquiry:

  • The information about your device (model name, amount of free space, Android version, amount of RAM).
  • A screenshot showing that the game is available on Google Play for you.
  • A video illustrating the issue. You can find out how to create a screencast on an Android-based device in this article from Google.

This will allow us to conduct an investigation and assist you.

If you are unable to log in on an iOS-based device

Please contact us by using the Support button that appears in the login error window. Provide the following information in your inquiry:

  • The information about your device (model name, amount of free space, iOS version, amount of RAM).
  • A video illustrating the issue. You can find out how to create a screencast on an iOS-based device in this article from Apple.
