How do I delete my UFL account?

If you have access to the UFL app and your account

To delete your UFL account on an Android or iOS device, you need to follow the following steps:

• Open the UFL app.
• Open the settings menu (the gear icon in the upper-right corner).
• Go to Other.
• Press DELETE next to Delete account.
• Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

IMPORTANT: The deletion process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, there will be no possibility to restore it or any of its progress in the future.

If you no longer have access to the UFL app and your account

Please contact our support team at mobilesupport@uflgame.com and include the following information in your message:

• Your in-game club name.
• Your email.
• The model name of your mobile device.
• Your IP address (can be checked here).
• When the account was created.
• When you logged in to the account last time.
• Google Play/App Store receipts for your in-game purchases (if you have made any).

This information is required to verify you as the original owner of the account in question.
