How do I report a bug?

If you encounter a bug, please report it to our support team by doing the following:

1. Record a video illustrating the issue. You can find out how to create a screenshot/video on your mobile device in this article.
2. Open the in-game settings (the gear button in the upper-right corner of the main menu).
3. Press the support button in the upper-right corner of the settings menu.
4. Create a ticket: choose Bugs and glitches as your issue type, describe the bug in detail, and attach your video recording.
